The Proper Collective is a curated vendor mall in Tucson featuring handmade, homemade, and locally crafted goods. Our goal is to provide an affordable, vibrant space for artists, makers, and creatives to showcase and sell their work without the hassle of running a full-time storefront.

2. How do I become a vendor?

You can apply directly on our website at www.propercollective.net. Just fill out the vendor application and we’ll get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.

3. What kinds of products are accepted?

We’re looking for unique, high-quality handmade or locally crafted items including candles, soaps, jewelry, art, home décor, woodworking, leather goods, textiles, pottery, and more. If it’s original and made with care, we want to see it.

4. How much does shelf space cost?

Shelf rental starts at $75 per month, depending on size and location. We also take a 13 percent commission on all sales, which covers credit card fees, transaction costs, and staffing.

5. Do I need to be present to sell my products?

No. We manage all sales in-house. You stock your space, and we handle everything else including customer service, packaging, and checkout.

6. How often can I restock or update my space?

Anytime during store hours. We recommend restocking regularly to keep your shelf looking fresh and engaging for repeat customers.

7. Do I need a business license or tax ID?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for reporting their own sales tax. A valid Arizona TPT license is required.

8. Can I share a shelf with another vendor?

Yes, we allow shared shelf spaces, but both vendors must apply and be approved. Products should be cohesive and well-organized.

9. What if I need to cancel my shelf rental?

We require 30 days written notice to cancel. Please note there are no prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

10. What kind of promotion do you offer vendors?

We actively promote our vendors through social media, pop-up events, local partnerships, and in-store features. We’re all about helping you grow right alongside us.
